"UPDATED REVIEW: My name is Paul P., and I'm posting this review in appreciation of Rachel Malloy, who is the office and sales manager (and so much more!) for the Jennifer Blumer State Farm Agency. After my good experience obtaining home owner's insurance through this agency, I decided to request a quote for auto insurance, and Rachael agreed to see me the day I called. This talented lady got me everything I needed in two short meetings, and the only thing that slowed her down was me (I had a lot of questions). Rachael walked me through the options, sent me the quotes I requested, and during our follow-up meeting got my insurance start date and payment plan setup! After our first meeting, I was so impressed with her experience (over 20 years), knowledge (she had answers for all my questions), and efficiency (she quickly emailed me quotes and related information while she was coaching me through the options) that I told her I would have a decision for her the next day. When she called at our appointment time I requested a couple changes to the quote, and in a half hour she emailed me the quote, the monthly payment request, and the binder and certificates of insurance. Rachael got it all done correctly, and faster than you could order carry-out and get it delivered! Wow. I highly recommend working with Rachael and the Jennifer Blumer State Farm Agency on your insurance needs because they know how to evaluate risk, are very responsive and responsible, and they get it done when you need it done.

Tyler was able to quickly get me three variations of a quote for home insurance in Lansing, Michigan. Based on the information he provided me, I made a decision to go with State Farm, and I would like to thank Tyler for the following qualities that made it possible:

1) Reliably responded to all concerns. Great response time! While I consider that one of the gold standards of service, I especially appreciate it now because I am a first-time home buyer and I am trying to close on a new home in Lansing.
2) Patience and focus. Tyler made time for me, and patiently walked me through all the information he needed from me.
3) Honesty. Tyler started this year in sales, and was completely honest about what he knew, and what he didn't know. When he didn't have the answer, he got back to me within within 24 hours. I like it when someone admits they don't have all the answers. Who among us does?? I'm learning too, and we can learn together.
